Power off the printer
then press and hold Reset Button (triangle in the circle) and click Power button.
While the Power button is still pressed, release Reset button.
Without releasing the Power Button, now double click Reset button and then release both buttons
Now printer is on reset mode, computer will detect a new hardware, we can ignore it.
It's time to use the reset aplication, you can download it in here (Service Tools v 3400)
see on Main - Clear Ink Counter - Absorber set to MAIN and then click Set
Power off the printer and Power on again, it should be work done.
